Purpose
The DeFi Committee represents traders and participants in decentralized finance projects within our ecosystem. This committee focuses on growth, innovation, and security in the DeFi space, ensuring that DeFi participants have a platform for collaboration, support, and a voice in the ecosystem.
Objectives
- Promote growth and innovation in DeFi projects.
- Enhance the security and user experience of DeFi protocols.
- Build a supportive community for DeFi participants.
Metrics for Success
- Growth in DeFi project participation.
- Improvement in security measures.
- Member satisfaction and engagement.
- High level of cohesion between members.
Activities
- Calls every 2 weeks to discuss market trends, security issues, and new DeFi projects.
- Mailing list for continuous updates, discussions, and resource sharing.
- Collaboration on initiatives to improve DeFi protocols and user experience.
Membership
Open to traders, DeFi project participants, and anyone interested in decentralized finance.

Roles & Responsibilities
Leader
- The leader is responsible for coordinating meetings, facilitating discussions, and representing the committee to the council.
- Acts as an intermediary between the DeFi community and the governance council.
- Establish decision making process in conjunction with members so that votes can occur when necessary.
- Gather feedback from members and the community as a whole.
Member
- Attend meetings and be actively involved in the community on discord and twitter.
- Participate in discussions, provide feedback, and contribute to initiatives.
