Builders Committee
Purpose
The Builders Committee represents developers, entrepreneurs, and other builders within our ecosystem. This committee fosters innovation and development, ensuring that builders have a platform for collaboration, support, and a voice in the ecosystem.
Objectives
- Promote innovation and development within the ecosystem.
- Support builders with resources and mentorship.
- Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Establish and implement standards.
Metrics for Success
- Number of new projects initiated.
- Successful grant proposals.
- Member satisfaction and engagement levels.
- High level of cohesion between members.
Activities
- Calls everyone 2 weeks to share project updates, brainstorm new ideas, and collaborate on development initiatives.
- Mailing list for sharing resources, updates, and engaging in discussions.
- Support for grant proposals and project incubation.
Membership
Open to developers, entrepreneurs, and anyone interested in building on Voi.

Roles & Responsibilities
Leader
- The leader is responsible for organizing meetings, setting agendas, facilitating discussions, and representing the committee.
- Acts as a liaison between builders and the governance council.
- Establish decision making process in conjunction with members so that votes can occur when necessary.
- Gather feedback from members and the community as a whole.
Member
- Attend meetings and be actively involved in the community on discord and twitter.
- Participate in discussions, provide feedback, and contribute to initiatives.
